THE VILLA
Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lounge with a large comfortable sofa and smart TV with Spectrum cable, a dining area , fully equipped kitchen and free laundry facilities.
We are on a lovely small quiet estate but are just minutes from lots of shops and restaurants with easy access to the theme parks which are just 20-25 minutes away.
THE VIEW
Our home overlooks a lake to the rear - so while you’re relaxing around your very own pool you’ll have a fabulous view of the water, fountain and wildlife instead of looking at a fence or directly into the neighbour’s yard!
THE SUNSHINE!
As well as for Disney, people come to Florida for the year round sunshine and our southwest facing extended pool deck can give you plenty of that! The whole family can enjoy some fun time together in the fresh air, chilling out on a sun lounger or splashing about in the pool - which you can even use on an evening when it takes on a different look with our colour-changing pool light! We also have a pool table and air hockey game to keep the fun going on those rare cooler and rainy days.
Our pool deck gets the sun all day - a very important factor if you are staying in the cooler Winter months - but shade-lovers also have their cool haven under our lanai. We just love having brunch out here while watching the ducks and sitting with a relaxing drink on an evening with our feet up (or in the pool!) after a long day at the parks.
